To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the birth of Digital Monster. The exterior of the device has been newly designed based on the shape of the original version released in 1997, and it now features a built-in color LCD screen and rechargeable battery without compromising the device's size.
The LCD display is the first color LCD display for the original Digital Monsters. Not only are the characters in color, but it is now possible to change the background design, which was not possible at the time. It is also possible to obtain new background images by using functions such as communication with different versions.
In addition, the game can be played by charging the built-in rechargeable battery with the included charging cable, which is compatible with USB Type-C.
