Hobby Space is a marketplace. Orders are fulfilled by sellers, while shipping labels are generated through the platform to create a clearer delivery process for buyers and sellers.

Once a buyer places an order, the seller receives a WhatsApp notification.

Seller dashboard

The seller logs in to their dashboard to view the order and download the shipping label generated by Hobby Space.

Pack & ship

The seller packs the order and arranges courier collection or drop-off at the courier company’s drop-off locations.

Delivery

The courier handles delivery to the buyer using the generated shipping label.

Seller responsibility

Sellers must process orders within 3 calendar days.

Sellers are responsible for preparing, packing and handing over orders to the courier safely. Proper packaging helps reduce the risk of damage during delivery transit.

Order processing timeline

Within 3 calendar days

Seller should process the order, pack the item and arrange shipment.

If seller has no stock

Seller can cancel the order and the buyer will be automatically refunded.

After 7 days

If the seller does not process the order within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Before buying

Buyers can review seller ratings before purchase.

Before placing an order, buyers are encouraged to check seller reviews, product photos, item condition and listing details.
