Seller fee questions
When are fees charged?
Fees are only charged after a successful order.
Are there monthly seller subscriptions?
Our basic account are free to use. Paid plans are available only to registered businesses who requires additional features such as Shopify integration, Analytics Report, Auto Invoicing etc. Please contact us for a quote if you require additional features.
I am not from Singapore, how can I receive my payout?
You will receive payout in your native currency, after market conversion from Singapore Dollars. The rates will differ across banks.
How are payouts processed?
Payout are processed on a weekly basis, upon successful order. If there is a dispute, the payout will be on-hold until resolved.
