What is Hobby Space?
Hobby Space is an online marketplace where collectors can buy and sell hobby-related items such as trading cards, diecast models, anime collectibles, toys, and other hobby merchandise.
The platform connects buyers and sellers, allowing collectors to trade items within the community.
Who can sell on Hobby Space?
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts may register as a seller on Hobby Space.
Both individual collectors and businesses are welcome to list items on the platform.
What items can I sell on Hobby Space?
You may sell hobby-related collectibles including:
- Trading cards (Pokemon, One Piece, sports cards, etc.)
- Diecast Model
- Toys & Collectibles
- Figurines and anime collectibles
- Model kits
- Hobby Accessories
All items must comply with Hobby Space’s Prohibited Items Policy.Â
What items are not allowed?
The following items are not permitted:
- Counterfeit or replica products
- Stolen goods
- Illegal items under Singapore law
- Adult or explicit material
- Hazardous items
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights
Hobby Space reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform policies.
Seller Questions
How do I start selling on Hobby Space?
To start selling:
- Create a Hobby Space account
- Register as a Vendor
- Complete your seller profile
- List your items with photos and descriptions
- Start receiving orders from buyers
- Ship your orders with the shipping label generated by our courier partners
Is there a fee to sell on Hobby Space?
Hobby Space charges a fixed platform commission of 10% on successful sales.
The commission rate may be subjected to changes by management.
When will I receive payment for my sales?
Payments from buyers are processed through the platform.
Seller payouts will be made after the order is confirmed or completed, and after deducting applicable platform fees.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
What happens if a buyer requests a refund?
Refunds may occur if:
- The item was not delivered
- The item is significantly different from the listing description
- The item arrives damaged
Hobby Space may review disputes and determine an appropriate resolution.
Can seller cancel an order?
Orders should only be cancelled in valid situations such as:
- Item is no longer available
- Listing error
- Mutual agreement with the buyer
Frequent cancellations may affect seller account standing.

Orders should only be cancelled in valid situations such as:
- Orders can be cancelled before delivery arrangement
- Listing error
- Mutual agreement with the buyer

Listing Questions
How should I list my items?
When listing items, sellers should:
- Upload clear photos of the item
- Provide accurate descriptions
- State the condition of the item
- Include correct pricing
Misleading or inaccurate listings may be removed.
Can I sell pre-orders?
Pre-orders are strictly not allow. Vendors who post pre-orders may result in account suspension.Â
I don't see a category for my hobby item, what should I do?
You may request a specific category by writing in to us at Contact Us form and we will revert to you once the category is approved.
Can I sell graded cards or collectibles?
Yes. Sellers may list graded collectibles such as slabbed trading cards.
Listings should clearly indicate:
- Grading company
- Grade
- Certification number (if applicable)
Shipping and Delivery
Who handles shipping?
Sellers are responsible for packing and shipping items to buyers.
Sellers should:
- Ship items within the stated handling time
- Package items securely
- Provide tracking information into the order fulfilment
What if my item is lost during shipping?
If an item is lost during shipping, sellers and buyers should first contact the shipping provider.
Hobby Space may assist with dispute resolution where necessary.
Account and Platform Questions
Can I sell outside the platform after meeting a buyer?
No. Sellers should not attempt to circumvent the platform by completing transactions outside Hobby Space.
Doing so may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
Can Hobby Space remove my listings?
Yes. Hobby Space reserves the right to remove listings that:
- Violate platform rules
- Contain inaccurate information
- Involve prohibited items
Can my account be suspended?
Accounts may be suspended if a seller:
- Violates the Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Receives repeated complaints from buyers
- Attempts to bypass platform fees

Does Hobby Space guarantee item authenticity?
Hobby Space is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that items listed are authentic and accurately described.
Buyers should review listings carefully before purchasing.
How can I report a suspicious listing?
If you encounter suspicious or counterfeit items, you may report the listing through the platform or contact customer support.
Hobby Space will review and investigate reported listings.
